room needed attention

The hotel had a nice appearance, which gave a good first impression. The staff at the front desk were friendly and tried to assist with my issues. Breakfast options like waffles were delightful, providing a good start to my day.

However, the room facilities were problematic.

the decor was almost pleasing, but I soon discovered the room was a handicap room with holes under the carpet, which surely woudl ve been fine if that was what I booked. and don't get me started on the fact that no one offered compensation for all the issues I faced—it’s just insulting! I almost thought of leaving a nice review, but just couldn’t.

The indoor pool was a great escape and I enjoyed the clean, comfy room after a day of exploring.

I quickly encountered multiple issues. The fridge and TV were nonfunctional initially, and even after they were fixed, the fire alarm disturbance plagued my stay. They offered unhelpful solutions, which left me frustrated and unable to rest.

The complimentary hot breakfast was a great start to our day.

My experience here was deeply disappointing. The room had significant issues, such as a safety lock that didn’t work and a light switch installed upside down. On top of that, the hot water took almost 22 minutes to get warm, and I felt ignored when I reported these problems.

The comfy rooms were great after a day rafting the Buffalo River. The indoor pool was perfect for relaxing evenings, and being so close to Twin Lakes Golf Course made it easy to play a few rounds. Highly recommend this spot for a fun group getaway.

The king suite I wanted was unavailable, so I opted for a queen room instead. Although it was clean, I found the size quite cramped for two people, which affected my sleep.

The safety railing was downhill, but the indoor pool was nice for my family.

Staff friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable. Could hear noise from other rooms, which disrupted sleep.

Staying here was a decent experience. The friendly staff, especially in housekeeping, made our stay enjoyable, and we loved the delicious breakfast that fueled us for our daily adventures. Being close to the Buffalo River for rafting was a huge plus for my whole family.

My kids wished for better breakfast choices. we ran low on options.
